My wife Cara and I were vacationing in Colorado at her mother’s ranch. We had a lightning storm knock out power about 9 p.m. I headed for the bunkhouse to shoot from the second floor balcony. Out of 150 attempts, I got two. This was the aftermath of one of one of them. That’s the twin towns of Westcliffe and Silvercliff, located about 50 miles west of Pueblo.
